Josh LaJaunie is living proof of the power of a focused mindset.
For most of his life, Josh was obese – at his heaviest Josh tipped the scales at about 410 pounds (185kg).
In this interview Josh talks about his slow progression from gym workouts, to walking, then progressing onto slow jogging.
After changing his eating habits to focus more on a plant based diet as well as regular running, Josh's weight began to drop off.
Josh has since lost over 200lbs (half of his body weight) and completed a 100km trail run.
Josh is currently training for a 100 mile (160 km) ultramarathon.
